4U2 Inc. and all 4U2 Inc. Independent Contractor Agent(s) agree to the following agreement and/or contract on a month-to-month basis until 4U2 Inc. and/or Account Executive gives 48-hour notice of termination.
Conditions: All 4U2 Inc. Independent Contractor Agent(s) duties must be performed in a legal, honest, and morally correct manner. All 4U2 Inc. Independent Contractor Agent(s) must also be prepared to perform such other duties that may be required from time to time.
The 4U2 Inc. Independent Contractor Agent(s) will treat all information received from 4U2 Inc., in a personal and confidential manner, either verbally or written, directly or indirectly.
All 4U2 Inc. Independent Contractor Agent(s), must keep all written and/or verbal information, confidential as it is related to 4U2 Inc. 4U2 Inc. will keep all Independent Contractor Agent(s) private information confidential, where possible (unless it is requested by any level of government or law). Any disputes between 4U2 Inc. and a 4U2 Inc. Independent Contractor Agent(s) or between Independent Contractor Agent(s) will be resolved by Dispute Resolution, within 5 working days of 4U2 Inc. being notified by all applicable parties to that dispute.
4U2 Inc. (full time-part time) renumeration will be paid as listed in the 4U2 Inc. Renumeration Pay Structure.
This is the most current Independent Contractor Agreement between 4U2 Inc. and its Independent Contractor Agent(s).
